The past few months have seen a wide range of changes at TransXL—some more visible than others.

An important part of building a successful business is staying curious and open to new ideas, while remaining true to the core values and purpose that define the company and its people. With that in mind, we’ve been making a number of key improvements across the business.

We’ve transitioned to a new IT support provider—far more complex than it might first appear—alongside replacing a database that had been in place for over 25 years. At the same time, we’ve launched a new website and introduced updated back-office systems to better connect these elements and improve overall efficiency.

Alongside these developments, we’ve continued our regular site maintenance programme. This has recently included a rather dramatic “short back and sides” for the trees and landscaping around the factory. We’ve always placed great importance on the condition of our offices, gardens and production environment, as it reflects the standards and discipline we set ourselves internally.

The result is a business that feels refreshed, streamlined and ready for the summer—inside and out.
