Description
- 4 station material blender feeding the primary extruder
- 130mm Union single screw model TR130. Electrically heated fan cooled barrel with a single vent. 180rpm. 230kw dc motor with drive. Union gear pump with ac motor and invertor control.
- AB and ABA feed block with static mixer.
- 1600mm wide flex lip Simplas sheet die with 0.2-2mm gap range.
- 1600mm wide Union 3 roll polishing stack stack at 45degree incline. 500mm diameter polishing rolls with high pressure mechanical nip.
- Sella model A3P 3 zone thermoregulation for chrome rolls.
- Was running HIPS coextruded sheet at up to 1000kg/hr 0.3mm-2mm.
