• 1300mm wide flex lip sheet die with gap up to 1.5mm thick
• 1900mm wide Omam 3 roll polishing stack with 500mm dia rolls pump group and haul off. Spare rolls, hydraulic nip with pump unit, haul off. Operator panel. 1900mm wide double shell construction polishing stack with hig pressure side frames. Hydraulic nip pressure, with heavy duty nip gap control. 3 x 3kw Parker individual roll drives with control panel. Calender controls on operator boom. 2 x 1900mm x 500mm cooling rolls (can be bypassed) for extra cooling. 3 zone upgraded thermoregulation system with individual zones. 1900mm wide dual haul off with 300mm diameter haul off rolls.
