I joined TransXL in 1995 and had previously been selling rubber extrusion machinery into the European market. I graduated in Marketing and Engineering and I’m responsible for the day to day running of the business. In 2019 Tim and myself completed a management buy out and we are now looking at pushing the business forward together. I am a very poor gardener, a marginally better golfer, and a fantastic squash player. Married, with two children, I have learnt that it’s best to do whatever my wife tells me to do. I have been known to pick up a guitar. My weekends are mainly spent training for various half marathons and ultras, or taking weekends away with my family in the campervan.
